CUSU DDR4 & DDR5 Desktop Memory Modules – High-Speed UDIMM

Upgrade your desktop with the CUSU RAM DDR4 / DDR5 UDIMM — available in a wide range of frequencies and capacities to match any modern build. From everyday productivity to demanding workloads and gaming sessions, these modules are engineered to keep your system running fast and stable. Made in Mainland China.

Choose Your Speed & Generation

  • DDR4 3200MHz – 1.2V JEDEC standard, CL22 (22-22-22-52); also available at 1.35V CL16/CL18 with XMP 2.0
  • DDR4 3600MHz – 1.35V, CL18, XMP 2.0 supported
  • DDR5 5600MHz – 1.1V, CL46 (46-46-46-90), JEDEC/SPD default; no XMP required
  • DDR5 6000MHz – 1.25V, timing sequence 38-48-48-96 / 40-48-48-96
  • DDR5 6400MHz – 1.4V, CL32 (32-39-39-102), XMP 3.0 supported

Capacity Options

  • DDR4: 8GB, 16GB, 32GB
  • DDR5: 16GB, 32GB, 64GB (Single or Dual Channel)

Key Features

  • 288-Pin UDIMM interface for straightforward desktop installation
  • Integrated cooling fin for efficient heat dissipation during extended use
  • XMP 2.0 (DDR4) and XMP 3.0 (DDR5) support for easy performance tuning via BIOS
  • Intel & AMD platform compatible — check your motherboard's QVL before purchasing
  • 100% tested before shipping for consistent, reliable operation
  • No RGB — clean, low-profile aesthetic

Important Compatibility Notes

1. DDR4 and DDR5 modules are not interchangeable. Verify your motherboard supports the correct generation before ordering.

2. DDR5 5600MHz 64GB modules are compatible with the OpenClaw platform.

3. Installing two single-channel or four mixed modules together may not form dual-channel or multi-channel configurations without official manufacturer testing. Mixing unverified modules can result in incompatibility.

4. For DDR5 6000MHz / 6400MHz modules, XMP 3.0 must be manually enabled in BIOS. If XMP is not enabled, the module will operate at its JEDEC SPD default frequency — this is normal behavior, not a defect.

5. The final operating frequency depends on BIOS settings, motherboard, and CPU compatibility. AMD AM5 platform users are recommended to use 6000MHz modules for best EXPO stability.

6. DDR4 1.35V modules use the XMP standard, not JEDEC. If your motherboard/CPU does not support XMP, the memory will run at 2666MHz or 2400MHz.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I use CUSU DDR5 RAM in a DDR4 motherboard?

A: No. DDR4 and DDR5 are not interchangeable. DDR5 UDIMM modules use a different slot key and electrical specification than DDR4. Always confirm your motherboard supports the correct memory generation before purchasing.

Q: Do I need to enable XMP to get the rated DDR5 6400MHz speed?

A: Yes. For DDR5 6400MHz modules, XMP 3.0 must be manually enabled in your system BIOS. Without it, the module will default to the JEDEC SPD frequency (typically 4800MHz). Not all motherboards support full XMP 3.0 — check your board's specifications and QVL list.

Q: What capacities are available for DDR5 CUSU RAM?

A: CUSU DDR5 UDIMM modules are available in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. Dual-channel configurations are supported (e.g. 16GB × 2 at 5600MHz). Please review the official compatibility list before ordering dual- or multi-channel setups.

Q: Does the CUSU RAM support AMD platforms?

A: Yes, CUSU RAM is compatible with both Intel and AMD platforms. For AMD AM5 users, 6000MHz DDR5 modules are recommended for optimal EXPO stability. Check your CPU and motherboard documentation to confirm supported frequencies.
