Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are these LC22UXL cartridges compatible with my Brother DCP-J785DW printer?

A: Yes! These cartridges are specifically designed for the Brother DCP-J785DW and Brother MFC-J985DW printers. They are drop-in compatible replacements for the OEM Brother LC22U and LC22UXL cartridge models.

Q: What is the ink capacity of the LC22UXL Black cartridge?

A: The Black (LC22UXL) cartridge contains 58ml of ink, making it a high-yield option that helps reduce how often you need to replace your cartridge. Each colour cartridge (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) contains 15ml of ink.

Q: Will using compatible cartridges void my Brother printer warranty?

A: In most regions, consumer protection and competition laws protect your right to use compatible third-party ink cartridges without voiding your printer's warranty. However, we recommend checking your specific warranty terms or contacting Brother support if you have concerns.

Q: How many cartridges do I receive in this order?

A: You receive a full set of four cartridges — one each of Black, Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow — fully pre-filled and bulk-packaged for immediate use.
